I got this book after searching online for unusual attractions to visit in Arizona and wanted to know more about them. It's full of great information for first timers. I'm going to Arizona in a few months and am looking forward to experiencing the energy from these vortexes!

The book answered questions I had about exactly what a vortex is and is supposed to do. It also talks about "manifesting at the vortexes" and the possible relation to God. The book recommends reading "The Power of Silence" by Carlos Castenada and "The Power of Now" by Eckart Tolle.

Insiteful

I now am so excited for my trip to Sedona. I have a feeling that this first experience at the vortices will be the first of many visits. The author not only provides clear directions for finding them but also makes suggestions as to what to do when you get there. For those who have just started down a spiritual path, these ideas may seem rather weird. The author does suggest reading some books by some great spiritual teachers- I,d like to add another as perhaps the very first book for someone who is just beginning to wonder about the true nature of our existence and that would be Allen Watts, The Tabu of Knowing Who You Are.
